Journal of Law and Resilient Future (JLRF) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing innovative legal scholarship that addresses the legal dimensions of resilience in an era of rapid social, technological, environmental, and economic transformation. Huang Yuxi is an enrolled student at Postgraduate Centre, Management and Science University, Malaysia. She was a Master's student at the School of Emergency Management, China, Hanan Polytechnic University, specializing in Public Safety and Crisis Management. Her research areas include social management, emergency planning, disaster and crisis management, ideological and political management, etc. Her latest works have been published in refereed international journals and conference proceedings.
The Journal of Law and Resilient Future distinguishes itself by emphasizing future-oriented legal scholarship that explores how law can strengthen resilience across institutions, communities, economies, and ecosystems. The journal particularly encourages studies that integrate legal analysis with governance innovation, climate resilience, technological transformation, disaster risk reduction, sustainable development, and evidence-based policymaking.
