Archiving Policy

Journal of Law and Resilient Future (JLRF) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, integrity, and accessibility of its published scholarly content.

All published articles, associated metadata, and supplementary materials are digitally preserved through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) and CLOCKSS. These distributed digital preservation systems help ensure that the journal's scholarly record remains securely preserved and accessible over the long term, including in the event of technical failure, data loss, or discontinuation of the journal.

JLRF also maintains regular backups of its publishing platform, article files, and associated metadata as an additional measure to protect the integrity and continuity of its scholarly content.

In the event that JLRF ceases publication or its primary publishing platform becomes permanently unavailable, preserved content will remain accessible through the applicable digital preservation arrangements.

This policy supports JLRF's commitment to maintaining a permanent, reliable, and accessible scholarly record.
