The Influence of Digital Transformation and Entrepreneurial Orientation on the Economic Resilience of the Creative Industry with Agile Supply Chain Mediation
Keywords:
Digital Transformation, Agile Supply Chain, Economic ResilienceAbstract
The creative industry faces technological changes, demand patterns, competition, and supply chain uncertainty that require high adaptability. Digital transformation and entrepreneurial orientation are sources of strategic capabilities, while Agile Supply Chain has the potential to be a mechanism that connects these two capabilities with economic resilience. This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Transformation and Entrepreneurial Orientation on the Economic Resilience of the creative industry, analyze the influence of both on Agile Supply Chain, and examine the role of Agile Supply Chain as a mediating variable and the differences in relationships based on business scale. The study used a quantitative approach with 300 creative industry actors as respondents consisting of micro and small business groups. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), mediation testing, and Multi-Group Analysis. Digital Transformation has a positive effect on Agile Supply Chain (β=0.348; p<0.001) and Economic Resilience (β=0.210; p<0.001). Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive effect on Agile Supply Chain (β=0.361; p<0.001) and Economic Resilience (β=0.252; p<0.001). Agile Supply Chain has a positive effect on Economic Resilience (β=0.384; p<0.001). Digital Transformation (β=0.134) and Entrepreneurial Orientation (β=0.139) mediation are also significant. MGA shows no significant differences based on business scale. Agile Supply Chain is a strategic mechanism that strengthens the influence of Digital Transformation and Entrepreneurial Orientation on Economic Resilience. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of these three capabilities in one mediation model and the proof that the structural relationship mechanism is relatively consistent in micro and small businesses.
