Economic Resilience Reports (ERR) is an open-access journal, meaning that all content is freely available to users without charge. All open-access articles are licensed and distributed under the terms of the  Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited, and any derivative works are distributed under the same licence.
